Short Story Search 2007

Spider Thief Publishing is sponsoring a search for original short stories for publication in a short story compilation.

The winning stories will receive:

- Story printed in Short Story Search 2007 compilation

- One free copy of the printed book

- Unlimited number of copies of book at publisher's cost

Guidelines:

1. The maximum length of a short story submission will be no longer than 10,000 words. Please include the word count on the front page of your submission. Please also include the title, your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

2. All entries must contain, Short Story Search 2007 Registration Form . You may submit your story via e-mail or regular postal mail.

3. All stories must be written in English.

4. Printed materials submitted will not be returned. Winning entries submitted on paper must be re-submitted electronically.

5. Entries must be postmarked no later than Saturday,December 1st 2007.

6. All communications regarding the contest will be made by e-mail.

6. Winning entries will be announced no later than January 31st, 2008. The names of the story and it’s author will be posted on our website on this date at www.spiderthief.com

7. The final published compilation will be printed within 8-12 weeks after the announcement of winners. Winners must pick-up, arrange delivery of their book or pay the shipping costs to receive their book.
